string academy Bolzano
Festival Dolomites 2025

After Bach’s cantatas and oratorios have become increasingly recognized thanks to the Early Music Movement, interest in the roots of his instrumental concertos is greater than ever. This is where the 1989-born pianist Schaghajegh Nosrati steps in, offering a new interpretation of his piano concertos. With the two solo compositions by Mozart and Mendelssohn Bartholdy, she creates a magnificent musical arc of tension.
A congenial partner in the concert is the String Academy of Bolzano, led by Georg Egger. Founded in 1987, the ensemble stands for the pursuit of tonal richness and character, based on technical brilliance.
