  • Where can I get tickets?
    Our online ticket system allows you to select your desired seat directly from home, to pay for the ticket and print it.
  • Is it also possible to reserve the tickets by phone or e-mail?
    We prefer to reserve tickets via the online system and we will gladly assist you if necessary.
  • But can I also come by the cultural center and buy the tickets directly there?
    Of course we welcome you to visit us during opening hours.
  • Are there reduced price tickets?
    If you are over 65, a student under 26 or a youth under 18, if you are a holder of the "Ehrenamtskarte" or the "Euregio Family Pass" you are entitled to a discount at almost every event. Free entry for children U14.
    To be on the safe side, please make sure you check the corresponding event under "Index Prices" in our online ticket system.
  • I often participate in events of the Euregio Cultural Center, is there a subscription?
    Yes, a subscription would pay off in that case. We have 2 subscription options: Mini subscription for 3 events or Medi subscription for 6 events.
  • Can I attend all events using my subscription?
    No. Not every event that takes place at the Euregio Cultural Center is organized by us. We also offer guest events. In such cases the use of the subscription is invalid.
  • Is my subscription transferable?
    No, your subscription is personal and therefore not transferable! Therefore you can only redeem 1 ticket per event.
  • And how can I redeem the subscription?
    When buying tickets (online) it is important that you first enter your subscription number. You will find the subscription number under the barcode of your subscription.
  • I would like to give away a voucher for concert visits one can choose...
    Great, in that case we recommend to the gift of a subscription!
  • When is the box office open?
    We open our box office one hour before events begin.
  • What do I need to know before entering the cultural center?
    • Please wear an FFP2 mask during the entire stay.
    • Please keep the prescribed minimum distance, especially at the entrance and exit.
    • Hand disinfection dispensers are available at the entrance and in the foyer - please use them.
    • If you feel ill, have cold symptoms or a temperature above 37.5 degrees, we must ask you to stay at home.
  • I will be late. May I still enter?
    We look forward to seeing you at the venue in good time! However, we know that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. In this case, we would ask you to give us a brief call. Otherwise, we will take the liberty of passing on the remaining free seats shortly before the concert begins.
  • I cannot attend the event. Will I receive a refund of the amount I paid?
    Unfortunately we cannot take back tickets that have already been paid for. Maybe a friend would be happy to receive your ticket?
    Please let us know if you are unable to attend or if your ticket will not be used.
  • But what happens if you have to cancel the concert?
    In this case we will refund the ticket price.
