Lucas Debargue was awarded the prestigious Critics' Prize at the 2015 International Tchaikovsky Competition. Today he performs in the most important concert halls worldwide, including the Berlin Philharmonie, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Konzerthaus Vienna, Philharmonie Paris, Royal Festival Hall London and Carnegie Hall New York. As a soloist he has performed with conductors such as Mikhail Pletnev and Vladimir Jurowski, and with orchestras such as the London Philharmonic, Orchestre National de France and Nippon Symphony Orchestra Tokyo. Sony Classical has already released five of his albums, including the recording in 4 volumes of Scarlatti's sonatas (2019), which was highly praised by the New York Times and selected by NPR as one of the "ten classical albums that herald the next decade".
